Start-Ready is operated by Planning & Project Advisory Ltd, company number 17236683, from 167-167 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. Every output is limited by its stated information basis and scope.

Free Start Ready Check

The free check is a preliminary diagnosis based on the answers supplied. It does not verify evidence, certify compliance, provide legal advice or confirm that construction work is authorised or safe to start.

£395 Start Ready Decision Pack

The fixed-fee Decision Pack adds professional interpretation and prioritisation to a completed assessment. It includes a Decision Position, Priority Actions, a 30-Day Action Sequence, an Evidence Request List and a 20-minute Decision Call. It is based principally on the assessment and does not include substantive project evidence verification, technical design audit, compliance certification or authority to start.

Decision Pack Recheck

One assessment-based Recheck is included with a newly issued £395 Decision Pack and is available for 30 days from issue. The Recheck compares a new recorded position with the immutable snapshot used for the original pack. It does not alter the original pack or include evidence verification. An unused Recheck expires automatically and has no cash value.

£395 Activation Credit

A newly issued £395 Decision Pack includes a £395 credit against a qualifying Project Activation appointment for the same project, available for 30 days from issue. The credit is subject to a separately agreed appointment, cannot exceed the Activation fee, cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined retrospectively, and expires if unused.

£950 Start Ready Resolution Plan

The Resolution Plan is a separate fixed £950 evidence-led service. Qualification, the material evidence scope, any case-specific evidence or review-cycle allowance, appointment and payment are confirmed before work begins. No universal document count is promised. The product reviews material project evidence required to test the Start Ready blockers and provides a Verified position, Open Evidence findings, Start Map, Action Register, responsibilities, decisions and evidence requests. It is not verification of the entire archive, statutory certification, Building Regulations approval, a construction programme, full technical design, cost planning unless expressly scoped, project management or unlimited consultancy.

Resolution Plan Recheck

One evidence-led Recheck is included for 30 days from Resolution Plan issue. It compares the immutable issued position with relevant changed assessment information, evidence, actions, decisions and blockers. It does not overwrite the original report or absorb an entirely changed project. A material scope change requires a new review or bespoke instruction.

Professional evidence status

Uploading or receiving a file does not mean it has been professionally reviewed. Professional findings and closure of material matters require reviewer authorisation and useful source provenance. A numerical Verified readiness percentage is shown only where every material matter has sufficient coverage and the reviewer confirms that the result is comparable with the assessment method. Otherwise it remains unavailable.

Project Activation

Project Activation is done-for-you coordination by separate proposal and appointment. Scope, fee, programme, responsibilities and any third-party costs are confirmed before delivery. Neither the free check, a Decision Pack nor a Resolution Plan automatically appoints us or another adviser to carry out the actions identified or authorises automatic contact or chasing.

Risk positions

A red or amber position identifies risk for the owner to understand. It is not a conclusion on planning, Building Control, Party Wall, contractual, insurance or technical requirements. The owner remains responsible for the final decision and for appointing appropriately competent professionals.
