What to know before you begin.
What does the free check examine?
It looks across planning and consents, Building Control and dutyholders, property and neighbour matters, technical information, and the contractor and commercial position.
Do I need documents to use it?
No. The free check and £395 Decision Pack begin from the assessment information. Substantive review of relevant project evidence belongs to the £950 Resolution Plan.
What happens when something does not apply?
Select the specific not-applicable answer where it is offered. Follow-up questions on that subject will not be shown or included in the result.
What do green, amber and red mean?
Green means no significant start risk was identified from the answers. Amber means proceeding carries identified risk. Red means a significant risk has been identified and the possible connected consequences should be understood before deciding what to do.
Does it replace my architect or project manager?
No. It gives the client one view across the separate areas. Each appointed adviser remains responsible for their own work and advice.
What if the result is green?
